position overview:
maya luxe is looking for a full-time executive assistant who reports directly to the founder/owner of the company and provides support for two of our department heads. This is a great opportunity to establish working relationships with high-level executives and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization.
what you'll do:
* provide high-level administrative support for company owner to ensure she can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives.
* keep communications organized so that they can easily access the most important information without having to sort through low-priority items.
* screen all visitors and determine what level of support they need while offering polite, professional customer service.
* manage the owner’s daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, writing itineraries, and arranging for transportation.
* train other administrative staff on company policies and best practices.
* visit clients when necessary and correspond with clients, partners, guests, etc., via email or telephone.
who you are:

* you are currently living in riviera maya; however, remote positions can be considered in the near future.
* professional fluency in english & spanish.
* approximately 3+ years of professional experience as an executive assistant.
* focused on time management & ability to meet deadlines.

* effective verbal and written communicator.
* you are a problem solver & decision maker.
* proactive with a lot of self-direction.
* metrics-driven and results-oriented.
* ability to adapt to change.
