The ideal candidate of manager residences is responsible for the delivery of the one&only private homes experience.
this role will report to the director private homes and have overarching accountability for the delivery of the brand experience, property management, financial management, asset management, hoa management, homeowner communication, and rental, while being the property advocate for all homeowners and governing bodies.
train, lead by example and establish a culture of continuous improvement amongst the one&only private homes team, delivering and constantly reinforcing high levels of quality service inline with brand standards.about the jobkey duties and responsibilitiesfollow operational private homes standards and processes in all areas, directly or indirectly supervised, in connection with the other and relative heads of the different departments.maintain and ensure consistency of the one&only standards and brand expectations/markers.responsible for enlivening, exemplifying and implementing our service philosophy "we create joy."Use our quality matrixes for driving improvements - action plans and implementation.work closely with marketing, sales, pr for all internal and external messaging and communication ensuring adherence to brand standards.understand and keep updated on trends, competitors and innovational tools to constantly improve guest experiences, market share and service offering.oversee and continuously improve maintenance programs, organization, safety and security to ensure asset value for the owners.ensure we are properly preserving the asset through high levels of preventive and consistent housekeeping and maintenance programs.ensure private homes owners preferences are captured, shared and acted-upon at every service touchpoint of their stay, in collaboration with the necessary department.ensure proper and consistent communication, entertainment and care with our private homes owners.discipline colleagues, where & when appropriate, in liaison with the director of private homes and in accordance with the company's disciplinary procedures.comply with any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the director of private homes to facilitate the smooth running of private homes.adhere to all rules, regulations, processes and programs of the company and the resort.about youeducation: high school completed is a must.
university degree is preferred.minimum experience: 2 years in the same position or 4 years in similar positions within the room division.languages: spanish native or fully proficient (100%) and english fluent (80%).advanced use of microsoft office.knowledge of opera pms is desired, specifically in housekeeping commands.general knowledge of hotel operations, further than housekeeping (i.e.
front office and butlers operations, preventive maintenance, in-room dining operations, etc.
