service desk manager
working model: office from day 1
working days: monday to friday
working shift: 8 am to 5 pm (to be flexible based on the requirements)
job description: manage the global service desk operations (manage around 150 sd associates globally, ensure all agreed sla’s are met for service desk, all deliverables requested by customer / hcl are delivered on time, has good ppt skills, excel skills, customer handling skills).
experience required:
6+ years of experience as global service desk manager
advance english level
will they be on call? If yes, specify if weekends and/or the on-call shift: to be available in case of emergencies and in case of p1 issues
