- advanced bookkeeping
- able to generate reports as needed
- executive admin functions to support the team
*required skills*:
- quickbooks & full-charge bookkeeping experience a must
- exceptional organizational skills
- advanced excel, outlook and word ability a must
- excellent phone skills
- friendly, good attitude, willing to learn our processes and multi-task
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- experience with hr, payroll, and general office admin required
