*responsibilities*:
- plan, execute, and deliver software development projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
- manage project resources, including team members, budgets, and schedules.
- ensure compliance with agile methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- use jira to track and manage project tasks, progress, and risks.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, qa engineers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- continuously assess and adjust project priorities, risks, and scope to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- provide regular status updates to stakeholders and create project documentation as needed.
- foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration, communication, and innovation.
*requirements*:
- fluency in english and spanish (both written and spoken) is required.
- bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- a minimum of 5 years of experience in software project management, including at least 3 years of experience using agile methodologies.
- strong knowledge of jira and its best practices for project management and issue tracking.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
- proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- agile certifications such as scrum master, product owner, or similar are highly desirable.
