job purpose
the university of scranton’s department of physical therapy has an ongoing need for highly qualified adjunct faculty to staff a variety of courses each semester in the field of physical therapy. Adjunct faculty may instruct one or more courses or labs each semester as needed.
adjunct faculty are expected to teach a specified course(s); prepare course materials; provide support and guidance to students; and report grades.
minimum job requirements
* entry-level degree in physical therapy is required.
* licensed physical therapist.
preferred qualifications
* a proven history of work experience in the field.
* previous teaching experience.
* a willingness to be flexible in class scheduling.
