other duties may be assigned.- maintains optimal function of the hris, which may include proper implementation of the processes, new modules, and data quality and consistency of ongoing production for all mexico sites.- provides technical support, troubleshooting, training, and guidance to hris users.- collaborates with executive leadership and hr staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.- provides training to all levels of the organization as required.- works with hr leaders and hrconnect europe to ensure proper permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for hris users and managers.- advance report writing, analysis experience is required.- compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and hr staff.- serves as a liaison between hr, information services, managers, and employees, for implementation, change management, and training.- ensures confidentiality and security of personal data is maintained within the system for user and user access.- maintains knowledge of trends and developments in hris technology.- works with the hris project leader to, change communications, timelines for deployment in mexico, and action plans to drive their success.- daily project management regarding the system.- works as the liaison between the hris project leader and the mexico hrc team.
*education and experience:bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, communications, marketing, or related field required.
at least three years of related experience required.
