responsibilities
the opportunity:
drive forward the productivity agenda, with a particular emphasis on large format stores (wal mart and soriana), by collaborating closely with various internal business departments including it sales, go-to-market, productivity, negotiation, and field sales teams to gather pertinent data and access necessary systems or data repositories. Develop reports and analyses to identify opportunities and monitor process performance to reduce waste. Provide useful insights to the productivity team (sales and central) to focus efforts effectively.
your impact:
as analista de productividad de ventas your functions would consist of:
1. identification of opportunities to streamline processes within the sales value chain formats.
2. extract, cleanse, transform and/or consolidate data from several data sources.
3. ensure appropriate support from stakeholders (sales and support functions leaders) towards identifying productivity results.
4. validation of the communication plan and project performance monitoring to the productivity team.
5. help in the automation of processes and reporting.
6. collaborate with team members to resolve variances from the project management plan.
qualifications
who are we looking for?
education:
• bachelors in engineering/administration or similar
experience:
recent graduate
communication skills (written/oral)
advance microsoft office
basic or intermediate english level
analytical
desirable:
sales & distribution knowledge highly desired
lean six sigma knowledge
power bi
