the supervisor, gbs hr operation will support the delivery of hr transactional and administrative services across the different gbs hr service catalog for employees and other customers (including suppliers, regulatory bodies, etc.) within its scope of expertise and/or region(s) of influence.
Additionally, the supervisor, gbs hr operation will be directly responsible for providing first line leadership to their gbs hr transactional delivery teams. These teams will be responsible for the output, quality, and efficiency of the hr transactional services within its scope of expertise and/or region(s) of influence provided by the gbs center for herbalife customers, hr business partners (hrbps) and the centers of excellence (coes).
The supervisor, gbs hr operation will ensure to reach and meet the service partnership agreements (spas) with internal customers & partners, key performance indicators (kpis) and metrics across all hr transactional services. As part of ongoing reviews and monitoring of controls, the shrog will need to ensure that all systems, processes, and controls are operating properly to support effectiveness, efficiency, and security of hr transactional services for herbalife.
Detailed responsibilities:
1. Ensure that hr transactional processes meet each function’s business needs in a user-friendly manner, with global standardization and automation as appropriate
2. Ensures an appropriately skilled gbs workforce prior to any services being delivered
3. Serves as a daily operational contact for discussion and evaluation of any additional service lines added to the scope of administrative services.
4. Ensures service partnership agreements (spa’s) is met across all key customer groups
5. Responsible for daily operations and service provisioning for the hr transactional services team within the regional global business services center
6. Manage performance through metrics and key performance indicators (kpis) covering hr transactional processes end-to-end to continuous process improvement goals
7. Lead, develop and coach direct reports and their teams to enable each to maximize their optimal individual and team performance
8. Ensure that the hr records and systems comply with applicable local, regional, and international policy, human rights, freedom of information and protection of privacy, employment/ labor laws, and all legislative & regulatory standards.
9. Ensure that herbalife’s policies are adhered to (e.g., approvals, hr guidelines, etc.) and all appropriate controls are functioning as designed
10. Identify, discuss, and promotes enhancements and improvement of services, work instructions, metrics, knowledge articles and additional resources that the service center uses for its daily operation and compliance
11. Drive end-to-end standard processes across herbalife
12. Participate and support on the project team discussions to ensure that all new services or enhancements meets both gbs and hr requirements and are aligned with the gbs service centers strategy.

- experience in managing global hr transactional business services or shared services, process improvement and management of operational services delivery in hr, including business services technology, processes, metrics, and best practices
- operational understanding of herbalife hr systems
- functional knowledge of hr including employment, federal, state, and local laws

- b.a. in business administration required with a focus on human resource management
