As the sole distributor of cloudhealth, arrow electronics is looking for highly motivated individuals who will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to ensure that customers, partners, and employees have a positive experience and get world class support throughout their cloud maturity by leveraging the opportunities that cloudhealth provides. The technical account manager acts as a consultant and advisor to their customers and will provide them with platform expertise, ongoing engagements and enablement, and be their voice to the product to advocate their needs and asks to support their ever-changing cloud environments.
the individual hired for this role must be available to support customers in the americas and be able to travel occasionally for on-site customer and internal team meetings.
what you’ll be doing:
1. immerse yourself in public cloud, multi-cloud, hybrid cloud, private cloud, finops, and security industry best practices to serve as a strategic partner for your customers
2. utilize your product domain expertise to serve as a trusted technical advisor and account manager
3. collect and analyze customer data to identify trends, advance adoption and create a positive customer experience
4. be a primary point of contact for tech-related questions and coordination of issue management and problem resolution
5. act as a customer advocate and convey customer requirements, feature requests, feedback, etc. to product management and executive leadership
6. oversee and lead customer onboarding, strategic planning, consultative services, and product demonstrations on new features and services
7. use your experience integrating saas solutions as you work with customers to demonstrate how cloudhealth will acclimate seamlessly into their environment
what we are looking for:
1. fluent in spanish and english to support customers throughout the americas
2. portuguese language is a plus
3. at least 5 years of related experience
4. bachelor's degree preferred
5. experience with cloud providers is preferred
6. solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
7. works independently; receives minimal guidance
8. acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
9. contributes to process improvements
10. ability to travel at least 25% of the time
work arrangement:
* hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days from home

annual hiring range/hourly rate: $53,616.67 - $83,004.17 mxn monthly
actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
