Omega crm consulting is looking for a reporting specialist that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.
responsibilities: support in data steward tasks (documentation creation, ensuring best practices, etc.).
ensure the quality of standard dashboards (microstrategy and tableau) within the client´s ecosystem (incident management, improvement requests, provider task tracking).
maintain and enhance custom tableau dashboards created by our opu within the client´s ecosystem.
develop new dashboards for various human pharma departments (meetings with stakeholders, sql view creation, tableau dashboard development) under the supervision and decision-making of the data steward.
provide support to end users (manage access, prepare user guides, conduct training sessions, handle user incidents, assist with questions or requests, communicate incidents and updates).
required experience: proficiency in tableau and sql.
knowlegdge in microstrategy is a plus.
familiarity with data governance, data quality, and best practices in data stewardship.
problem-solving: experience in incident management and liaising with it providers to ensure smooth operations.
stakeholder management: ability to collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable dashboards.
training & support: experience in user training and documentation to ensure adoption and efficient use of bi tools.
industry knowledge (preferred): experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare analytics is a plus what do we offer permanent contract.
