*eaton’s eletrical division is currently seeking a production planner to join our team.* this position is based in cuautitlan the production planner is based on customer demand, do production programs of the assigned area, (finish good or components) ensuring the supply of components to the customer, whether internal or external, on quantity & on time. Keep the 5 principal metrics in high level (service. Quality, security, inventory, flex productivity) including otd, sfr, ntstop, doh. The production planner will be also responsible of:
- analysis of capacity by area, line, machine and / or assemblies based on demand
- make action plans and follow-up focused on achieving results (close actions)
- planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay ( production plan must assure to reach internal targets)
- assure demand management and forecasting for successful business model.
- proactively lead value stream to assure meet internal targets
- propose improvements and create systems for an effective production program
- determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
- schedule shift according to production needs
- monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
- prepare and submit status and performance reports.
- collaborate with production, tool room, purchased, opex, quality control, warehouse and other staff in order to achieve the results.

- unlocking quality and human resource issues proactively to meet requirement
