*what you will do*
the shopper marketing supervisor is responsible for overseeing all trade shopper marketing activities and strategies.
you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and enhance brand visibility in retail environments:
*key responsibilities*
- develop and execute innovative trade shopper marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling in-store promotions and activations
- analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- lead the development of creative pos materials and displays that enhance the shopper experience
- manage budget and roi analysis for trade shopper marketing initiatives
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features in alignment with the company's strategic goals
- research and implement innovative technologies to enhance development efficiency and stay ahead of industry trends
- provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth
qualifications
*what we are looking for*
required qualifications
- bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, advanced degree preferred
- minimum of 3 years of experience in trade shopper marketing or related field
desired qualifications
- proven track record of successfully executing shopper marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
