maintain the quality management system that documents processes, procedures, and responsibilities for achieving quality policies and objectives.
define and lead process improvement projects in order to improve plant's indicators.
*responsibilities*:
- responsible to lead work's team in the deployment of eaton quality system, six sigma projects at lightning plant
- along with the opex and business improvement managers, assure identification and implementation of capital projects and cost out related to manufacturing process improvement.
- coordiinate, deploy, support and maintain the spc data analysis in all manufacturing, quality and key areas in the plant
- coordinate, deploy, support and maintain the eaton quality management system in the organization by leading cross-functional teams in order to achieve operational excellence.
- coordinate, deploy, support and maintain the implementation of lpa process in the organization
- coordinate and lead internal and external audits for iso 9001 standards compliance
- coordinate and lead audits for ul standards compliance
- coordinate and direct the organization's activities to meet customer and regulatory requirements and improve its effectiveness and efficiency on a continuous basis.
- ensure process discipline, identify risks and opportunities, take necessary actions, quickly address issues, and achieve desired levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
- ensure data integrity by recording all changes and signatures compliance with requirements.
- provides quality performance trend analysis and reports key quality and product integrity metrics.
- provide insight and feedback related to product performance to the manufacturing engineering and product engineering groups.
- manages the warranty procedures, systems and policies within the crds rwd business unit.
- participates in the deployment and support of the ehs system.
- ensure timely implementation of corrective actions on opportunities identified at the internal assessment, quality iso 9001 audits and monthly performance operation review.

- bachelor's degree engineering, business administration or other science.
- preferable: six sigma green belt certification
*years and area of experience required*
- minimum experience of 5-7 years in similar positions.
*technical knowledge*
- experience with spc, stathistical data analysis, doe's
- infinity qs software experience preferrable
- strong skills for problem solving (8d, pareto, 5 why's, a3, etc.)
- knowledge in the interpretation of iso 9000 and 14000 standards.
- lead auditor iso 9001-2015
- 80% english (spoken and written).
