what will you be doing in this position?
preventive maintenance management for production equipment, support in corrective maintenance of the equipment, monitoring and compliance with department kpis, technical support in automated equipment, execution of capex and opex projects to improve productivity, definition of predictive maintenance management, and tpm in processes to increase equipment efficiency and availability.
* enforce safety & health rules & 5s
* manage the maintenance department according to sps/sim rules, to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment (oee, mtbf, mttr)
* plan, prioritize, schedule, and manage maintenance and tooling activities (for example, planned maintenance programs, shut-downs, or emergency repairs) to rectify breakdowns and malfunctions and minimize business disruptions
* be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being
* experience in plc operations to include basic system configurations and hardware, data manipulation, data communications, advanced programming commands, interfacing, troubleshooting, application, and program development
* manage projects capex & opex to improve productivity
what do you get to do in this position?
* analyze equipment problems resulting from mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic malfunctions
* actively participate in 8d's root cause analysis
* program with plc to improve machine performance
* plan, prioritize, schedule, and manage maintenance activities
* manage the tpm on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines

* knowledge in programming plcs, hmis, controllers for motors, vision systems
* project management contact with local and international suppliers
* mandatory graduated: electronic, mechatronics, electric, maintenance engineering
* advanced level of english, mandatory; able to hold conversations with a high level of complexity
* interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams
* experience in industry 4.0
* strong contributor to continuous improvement
* effective communication
* work under pressure and focus on results
