Responsible for purchasing goods, materials, and services to meet company operational needs, taking into account price, quality, and delivery to ensure continuity of supply.

job duties: drive best industry practices within all resideo divisions and the supporting supply base.lead the supplier relationship on the site & support actions for supplier's performance to meet business and site expectations.support programs for cost reduction, lead time reduction, flexibility improvement, and inventory reductions.leverage resideo global commodity management organization in support of strategic procurement initiatives.participate in project teams, such as key npi launches & new supplier development.price negotiation & erp setup (pirs, source list, avsfs).procurement contacts negotiation support (productivity & inventory programs set up on-site level).create surcharge and return pos.commercial invoice resolution and credit hold expedite payments.maintain compliance with corporate and facility policies and procedures.ensure the highest ethical standards of integrity and professionalism are adhered to in the procurement process.you must have: proficient in both written and spoken english, with the ability to effectively communicate in professional settings.over 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related role within the manufacturing industry.hands-on experience with sap or other erp systems.we value: knowledge of purchasing systems.strong communication skills and a team player.good organizational skills - ability to prioritize and solve problems.planning, negotiation, and agreements/contract management experience.good technical knowledge of procurement/sourcing.what's in it for you?
