what do you need to be a customer experience advocate at avantio?
we are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills and customer focus, who will play a key role in the customer's first interaction with avantio. Your mission is to guide them through the configuration and implementation of our software, ensuring a smooth experience and highlighting the value and potential of the tool. An understanding of it, business vision, and the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions is required.
daily duties of the team
* respond to customer requests via email, chat, and video call.
* manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution.
* follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.
* once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post-sales, module activation.
* advise on certain configurations according to the company's profile.
* support the team in other markets as needed.
* knowing the available options and making the corresponding activations.
* translation of online support for new launches (on demand).
* follow-up after the first moments of going online.
* ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
what are we looking for?
* native or bilingual in spanish and english.
* you live in puebla (mexico).
* proactive and positive attitude.
* service-oriented.
* you are a technology geek. If you know our products, it is a plus.
* you are passionate about customer care.
