- bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.

- a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- proven track record of managing complex supply chain and logistics operations.
*technical knowledge*:
- strong understanding of automotive supply chain processes, including jit (just-in-time) and jis (just-in-sequence) delivery.
- proficiency with logistics and supply chain software (e.g., sap, oracle, wms).
- familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
