*materials operations analyst*
*main purpose*
this role is responsible for supporting processes and analytics for production at internal plants and copackers. Perform daily / weekly supply chain functions, such as tracking stos, shortage reviews, monitoring age of products, kpi and service reporting and scorecarding, and workflow processes.

*accountabilities*
- accelerate the manufacturing production process by determining what raw materials, components and subassemblies are needed, and when to assemble the finished goods, based on demand and bill of materials (bom).
- manage sap parameters and set up new items and ongoing materials to ensure the locations have accurate requirements.
- review and analyze current mrp system parameters for accuracy and updated configurations.
- communicate with shipping and warehouse locations to ensure transfers and shuttles are expeditiously handled in priority order
- assist warehouses and co-packers to ensure inventories are accurate and transactions are entered in a timely fashion
- monitor freshness reports and develop game plans to address product that will not meet freshness goals
- monitor inventories of items that are to be discontinued to eliminate / minimize scrap dollars.

- bachelor´s degree
- fluent in english
- experience with planning, inventory managements, raw materials, and related.
- sap / material planning systems knowledge
- strong communication, interpersonal and influence management skills.
- strong customer service focus and results orientation.
