our client is seeking a student success & administrative assistant to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting student progress and administrative tasks in a bilingual capacity. You will utilize automated systems to monitor and assist students, handle administrative responsibilities, and coordinate the sales team's participation in career fairs.

availability:
full-time (40 hours per week)
work schedule:
monday – friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm eastern (1-hour lunch break)
responsibilities of the role:
* monitor student progress: use automated systems to track assignments and proactively assist students flagged for potential delays.
* payment coordination: communicate with students about payment schedules and provide necessary support.
* enrollment assistance: guide prospective students through application steps and onboarding processes.
* administrative support: perform general administrative duties, including data entry, responding to emails, and managing student inquiries.
* event coordination: maintain the sales team's calendar by scheduling career fairs and sending reminders.
* bilingual communication: address inquiries in both spanish and english effectively.
required experience and qualifications:
* educational background: high school diploma or ged required.
* experience: previous administrative, educational, or customer service experience is advantageous.
* skills: strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
* technical proficiency: comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and online communication tools, and eager to learn new systems.
* work environment: reliable internet connection, stable power, and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
minimum level of english required:
* native or near-native proficiency in english (c2 level) with minimal accent preferred.
* fluency in spanish is essential.
preferred skills:
* experience in a bilingual work environment.
* familiarity with academic or enrollment processes.
salary and benefits:
salary paid in usd or local currency according to your preference.
salary range of $760 — 1100 usd per month, commensurate with candidate's experience.
