within the hr operational permanent control (opc) team, the operational permanent control (opc) analyst will work extensively with all hr hispanic latam teams (argentina, chile, mexico and colombia) to develop, enhance and monitor the hr control framework.
they coordinates the deployment, promotes the continuous improvement of hr controls and monitors their execution.
he/she tracks outstanding ig recommendations and provides guidance to hr teams on their closure.
they will also collaborates with non-hr teams such as transversal opc team and risk orc team, as well as, americas hr teams.

*operational risk management*:
analyse operational risk incidents with the relevant hr teams.
report and update these incidents in the designated tool.
ensure appropriate action plans are developed and implemented to improve processes and prevent incidents
responsible for the risk and control self-assessment
responsible for the update and harmonization of the hr risk taxonomy
responsible for the hr risk control library
be exposed to hr management and senior management for regular presentations on controls and risk, audit and compensation committees
provide the required information to hr teams on operational risk matters (audit related queries, etc.).
act as primary liaison between hr and the orc teams

coordinate the full deployment of the group hr control plan for hispanic latam
ensure execution of bnpp group hr control plan, as well as, local controls and waivers
- monitor the execution on an ongoing basis of all hr controls identified in the control plan.analyse the permanent control framework and design improvements where relevant
