un asistente de operaciones es una persona que da soporte administrativo a 4 funciones de campo de niq (retail, niv, nims y res.) Las actividades que realiza y responsabilidades a su cargo tienen un impacto directo en la operación y finanzas de niq. Apoya de manera directa a 3 ejecutivos de torre de control e indirectamente a 90 auditores de campo.
responsabilidades
1. control interno del personal del área (ingresos, bajas, productividades, nuevos proyectos, movimientos entre áreas).
2. administración de flotilla (atención a usuarios, siniestros, mantenimiento de autos, expedientes, trámites)
3. mensajería (envíos, recepción, generación de guías, empacado)
4. comprobación de gastos de viáticos (revisión y captura de comprobantes, apego a lineamientos)
5. reservaciones de viajes (hotel, avión, transporte)
6. control inventario de equipos celulares (altas y bajas)
7. control inventario de líneas telefónicas (altas, bajas y suspensiones)
8. administración incentivos a colaboradores (regalos físicos y dispersión a tarjetas)
9. seguimiento acceso a tiendas (solicitud cartas de acceso, peticiones especiales)
10. apoyo en trámites de tarjeta corporativa (altas, cancelaciones, desbloqueos, límites de crédito)
11. actualización de archivos de control administrativo.
12. reporte de información a áreas internas (nóminas, calidad, comercial, sistemas, etc).
13. apoyo y seguimiento en implementación de procesos.
14. atención a staff administrativo y personal de campo (auditores, ejecutivos de torre de control, recursos humanos, calidad, líderes)
requisitos
requisitos
15. carrera económico-administrativa (licenciatura terminada)
16. 1 a 2 años de experiencia en posiciones administrativas y/o despacho contable.
17. manejo de paquetería microsoft office (básico intermedio)
18. inglés (básico – intermedio)

20. asistencia a oficina al menos 3 veces a la semana y/o cuando se solicite.
