Job description
will be responsible for supporting the administrative peace of day-to-day building administrative maintenance and work order requests from operations, averaging 125 work orders per month. Also, will be responsible for close follow-up with security and cleaning vendors regarding billing, worked hours vs billing, and material deliveries. Will work closely with the health and security team to ensure all documents and reports are added to the weekly, monthly, and annual reports.

1. responsible for daily janitorial and visual walkthroughs
2. order materials and tools, working closely with the purchasing team
3. create weekly security reports and send them via email to hr or operation leaders
4. receiving external services vendors and suppliers
5. supervising remodeling and construction projects
6. organize scanned files from techs in facilities one drive including reports, hse required documentation or new procedures
7. car maintenance, including services and updates
8. coffee and janitorial supplies inventories
9. building assets inventory
10. responsible for keeping the floor plan updated and working with operations and training to make changes according to necessities
11. responsible for providing operation space to employees coming back to the office
12. responsible for 5’s through all floors in buildings
13. attending tickets in service now
14. create weekly payroll, capturing extra time, work schedule changes, permits, and others on tress payroll system for maintenance technicians, internal guard, and facilities coordinator
15. management of janitorial and security external service attendance and revision of daily activities for their payments control and social security registrations of new elements
16. logbook for restroom janitorial services
17. copy machine maintenance and toner control
18. responsible for storages organization
19. filing and registration of daily security reports
20. following up with the management of the different maintenance services weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, and all that applies for the several that apply to the building, taking control of reports, schedules, programming, and filing of these activities
21. coordination of the dining service menu, maintenance, fumigations, and cleanliness
