The leadership development & workforce experience advisor will lead the strategy, design, development, and execution of *global leadership development programs (ldp's)* aimed to develop leadership capabilities in emerging talent.
it will also lead the strategy, design and execution of *global workforce experience initiatives (we'x)*, including our employee listening efforts (we'x survey) and other efforts aimed to enhance our workforce experience.
*main responsibilities*:
*learning & development*
- co-create leadership solutions in partnership with internal & external advisors
- develop, execute, and assist the company's leadership development
- update programs to keep them up to date with company strategy and context
- manage logistics to successfully deliver the programs (incl.
in-person and virtual interactions)
- evaluate, recommend, create, and implement leadership development tools, resources, and solutions and/or organization development interventions based on desired future leadership capabilities
- coordinate with internal experts & stakeholders as well as global business leaders to ensure alignment of learning experiences with the desired business or leadership capability.
- provide expert advice in the design of new learning experiences fully leveraging our platforms, partners, and emerging technologies.
*teamwork innovation & facilitation*
- design & facilitate collaborative sessions to ideate, co-create, co-design, and test potential solutions for learning experiences both in-person and online.
- collaborate with external thought & technology partners as well as consulting firms.
*develop & leverage a strong network*
- coordinate with our hr network, to reach key talent and form the groups with the correct mix of diverse thought, experience and characteristics.
coordinate hr network to define, launch and implement listening exercises & surveys.
- leverage network to support leadership development experiences and as they become our faculty

- master's degree is not required but highly valued
- desired previous experience in: organizational development, corporate learning, instructional design, innovation, design thinking, agile, project management
