*what would you do? (responsibilities)*
- define, create and document a visual language as an extension of the brand (illustrations, colors, typography, animations, etc.).
- document and systematize the graphic archive produced by designers, agencies and creatives.
- continually iterate on concepts in an effort to make the brand relevant and relatable to our audience(s).
- execute design and conceptual tasks as assigned with significant attention to detail.
- translate the brand essence into graphic elements.
- assist in the definition of sacred and non-sacred parts of the brand.
- understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience.
- educate others on design thinking, brand experience, and design-driven storytelling.
- contribute to albo’s consistency standards by setting up brand qa metric, review and approval processes
- familiar with trends and patterns
- advocate for consistent and cohesive design through the company
- assist in the creation of the brief incorporating the information relevant to brand and style guidelines
- work closely with brand leadership in formulation and delivery of identity elements that are in line with brand promises
- collaborate with content marketing, and others, to establish a clear and concise brand voice, tone, and personality.
- collaborate with ux design to create and maintain a cohesive and consistent brand experience between marketing and product while being compliant with web accessibility, readability and legibility.
- consult and assist in cross-functional teams and projects
- contribute and collaborate with fellow designers from different teams on design concepts and best practices for brand experience
- enable others, non-designers, to create on-brand assets
- generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with peers and stakeholders.
- lead cross-discipline collaboration as it relates to brand experience (sales, content, product, etc.).
