The commercial director designs and leads our strategy in the different channels (retail and b2b) of the central american region.
*key responsibilities*
- fulfill sell out and sell in the different territories.
- set sales targets by area and country
- co-responsible for competitive pricing in the region to achieve the ideal volume and mix targets to meet the financial indicators of revenue and ebit
- ensure with the commercial and extended team, the correct execution of the commercial model through processes, procedures and best practices to maximize sales in the different channels
- establish priorities according to the needs of each market and market
- responsible for the commercial specification of new projects that feed the sales pipeline
- follow-up and accompaniment to the division's main customers
- develop relationships with the private sector and government
- co-manage the generation of demand and traffic to the primary distribution channels in the brands: own stores, home centers and distributors
- co-responsible for the s&op process to identify historical and seasonal demand based on promotional actions, innovation or price launches that allow an effective production of the required volume of product in the different channels and countries
*qualifications*
- bachelor´s degree in an economic-administrative science or engineering
- desirable mba
- 4+ years of experience leading teams in different countries in responsibilities mentioned above and solid knowledge of p&l
- english at advanced level
- availability to travel 30%
