Key responsibilities:
- client communication: serve as clients' primary point of contact, guiding them through gathering necessary financial documents and information. Provide clear, empathetic communication to clients experiencing a stressful life event.
- financial document collection and management: efficiently collect, organize, and review financial documents from clients, including but not limited to bank statements, tax returns, investment accounts, and property valuations. Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and securely stored.
- documentation accuracy: verify the accuracy and completeness of all financial documents and information clients provide. Identify any discrepancies or missing information and follow up as necessary.
- process improvement: continuously seek ways to improve the document collection process, making it more efficient and less stressful for clients.
- confidentiality and discretion: maintain confidentiality and discretion with all client information, understanding the sensitive nature of divorce proceedings.
Qualifications:
- a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
- proven experience in financial documentation management, accounting, or a related role.
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in english.
- proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, outlook).
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- high ethical standards and professionalism, committed to confidentiality and sensitivity to clients' needs.
