you will facilitate the orientation and individual coaching of collaborators based on a clear understanding of their interests and aspirations.
you will collaborate with the leaders to understand the business strategy and use that knowledge to train our people, at the same time that the leaders are trained.
it will provide support to employees throughout the process of linking people to projects, training people in the "best fit" roles.
you will work with hr partners to understand talent priorities and programs so that employees are informed of existing opportunities.
what will make you successful:
experience of at least 3 years in talent management & hr.
knowledge of the workday platform (desirable)
