*responsibilities*
*main purpose*:
the po1 commercial senior supervisor (ws) is responsible for all ws credit management including credit assessments & utilization.
he / she will be manag the bad debt and legal cases, and will manage the trade spending for ws channel (cfi / pce).
this role manages a supper visor in ho who ensure and harmonize all day to day sales & distribution related to ws control activities and also resolving any challenges that might affect the sales operation activities in addition to commercial financial accounting including period end close and analysis.
*key accountabilities*:
financial reporting
- review the credit requests for ws customers.
- review the monthly status for bad debt and legal cases and follow up for action plan.
- review and validate the approvals to book the monthly (accrual / actual) entries.
- review data & analysis needed by all non finance functions in regards to op related matters.
performance management reviews
- manage the new customer creation process.
- review the credit study / utilization for ws customers and conduct meeting with management to discuss the results and follow up for action plan.
- work closely with other functions (sales, ops legal, tax and analysis) to enhance the ws process.
- mange the customers confirmations process and follow up for action plan.
audit & compliance
- ensure that all monthly internal control testing for otc controls are performed timely
- review the customer confirmations process.
planning and forecasting
- participate in p&l planning and preparation for all op.
special projects
- control new sales initiative (90 days, extra discounts.
etc..)
- work closely with sales technology team to solve any sys.
related issuers (mea s&d ).
- manage any tax issues and requirements from the cfi.
- manage the requirements for all kpmg related to ws.

*qualifications*
*key skills/experience required*:
- total of 6/7 years with a 2+ years' experience in commercial with 1 to 3 years supervisory experience "preferable"
- leadership experience and capability.
solid understanding of business levers.
- go-to-person on performance metrics, productivity process and best practices around metrics.
- change management experience coupled with good analytical abilities
- ability to work cross-functionally, cross-geographically and across multiple cultures
- strong internal and external communicator, influencer, and negotiator.
- ability to set and priorities short, mid and long term objectives.
