the primary objective of this role is to enhance brand visibility, establish effective b2c marketing strategies, and lead advertising campaigns that resonate with the mexican market.

*key responsibilities*:
- increase brand awareness through diverse b2c channels.
- develop and manage the b2c marketing strategy and budget.
- lead branding and advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- prepare and present performance reports evaluating the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- create content plans for social media platforms.
- propose innovative initiatives tailored to the local market.
- stay updated on the latest marketing trends and strategies.
- collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and stakeholders to strengthen brand presence.
*requirements*:
- advanced english (c1) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- solid expertise in b2b and b2c marketing, preferably in the igaming/casino sector.
- experience in managing marketing budgets.
- strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- residence in mexico.
