the network customer service representative (csr) is responsible for ensuring day to day order processing for frito-lay north america (flna), driving gold standard customer service and maintaining site performance metrics through the use of standard processes and best practices.
the csr will be expected to partner with other csrs in the network as well as with site and region leadership.
*accountabilities*
- the primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:
- order confirmation
- order cleansing
- management/creation of icrs/filters
- customer communications, managing adds/cuts, communicate on missing orders and off template orders
- order completion confirmation
- backfill vacations for other csrs
- any other business channel order processing as required.
- flex schedule:
- the work could begin as early as 3:00 am for locations covered or end as late as midnight for locations covered.
- the days of week could move to any day of the week.
- if 5 days are needed, the shift will last 8 hours.
- if 4 days are needed, the shift will last 10 hours.
- the employee will be notified 4 weeks in advance of any changes to the base schedule.

*qualifications/requirements*:
- requisitos:
- 1 - 3 years of frito-lay sales/supply chain experience
- previous frito lay us order management transaction processing experience
- frito-lay field sales operations/plant experience preferred
- working knowledge of order processing and order life-cycle, pwm, ipm/ics
- demonstrated capability of the flna sap solution
- working knowledge of microsoft office/e-mail capabilities
- demonstrated ability to work in a results oriented, challenging environment
- bachelor's degree preferred
- must hold strong follow up skills and embrace top level service environment
