this temporary position is based in querétaro, méxico, and offers an exciting opportunity to learn and to contribute to kellanova’s finance and analytics strategy within a dynamic, global environment.
a taste of what you’ll be doing
* data analysis & reporting: gather, transform, and model multiple data sources using tools like excel, sql, power bi, and tableau to support itc operations. Provide reporting to track sla’s, kpi’s, and financial indicators.
* invoice to cash (itc) process optimization: analyze data from sap ecc, bw, and other systems to understand accounts receivable trends and identify process improvements across cash application, deductions, and collections.
* cross-functional collaboration & business insights: work closely with sales, finance, logistics, and global gbs teams to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and recommend strategies for financial efficiency.
* process & technology improvement: partner with it teams to identify and implement technology enhancements that support data analysis and reporting objectives. Promote a data-driven culture through self-service data hubs.
* innovation & continuous improvement: identify opportunities for cost savings, operational excellence, and automation in itc processes. Act as a consultant to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
we’re looking for someone with
* bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, data analytics, or a related field.
* experience with financial data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools (power bi, sql, tableau, excel).
* understanding of sap ecc and bw, specifically in accounts receivable, and the ability to interpret financial data flows.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and propose business solutions.
* excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across different functions and leadership levels.
* experience in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives within finance or shared service environments.
* fluent english (written and spoken) for interaction with global stakeholders.
