The account executive will be responsible for growing a book of business in a target market, customer retention, and ultimately achieving our business financial targets.
Responsilibities:
- sales and solutions - lead generation, rfp management and system demos to help close new business.
- customer satisfaction and retention - including providing progressive account reviews leveraging standard kpis, maximizing our capabilities and looking for organic growth opportunities, managing pricing expectations and performance, managing service to the account.
- traveling as needed to support key account reviews
- stay current with industry related news and share with teams.
- responsible for customer contract negotiation and documentation with vp approval.
- cold calling leads and prospects in order to create their own book of business.
- managing customer expectations to primo capabilities. Managing key customer relationships to provide best-in-class account support.
*requirements*:
- bachelor - college degree
- 5 years of experience in alligned positions
- advanced english level
- deep knowledge in the logistics and supply chain industry
