You’ll work closely with clients and carriers to ensure accurate, timely payments while resolving any inquiries with efficiency and professionalism. duties and responsibilities
the duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
1. follow standard operating procedures and update when gaps are identified.
2. integrate data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and update data as needed.
3. run, format, or distribute reports to provide data for various analytical projects.
4. identify invoicing errors and discrepancies.
5. utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to review error reports monthly.
6. analyze current accounts payables and receivables to identify payment discrepancies.
7. contribute to projects that utilize the chr project-based delivery model.
8. escalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadership.
9. other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country-specific requirements.
qualifications
required:
1. high school diploma or ged.
2. ability to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested.
preferred:
1. strong organization skills and attention to detail.
2. friendly and articulate phone demeanor.
3. strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. ability to use own judgment and make decisions.
5. self-motivated and the ability to work independently.
6. ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.
