mission: assist engineering teams in executing test plans on-site, both internal and customer acceptance & plc programming of medium complexity projects, under supervision.
execute commissioning activities under the supervision of senior commissioning engineer in all types of project sizes and complexities, efficiently, cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
main accountabilities:
1. technical contribution
participates in initial system design review in collaboration with engineering specialists using plc software. Prepares plc programs integrating subroutines, programs and device's mapping. Supports commissioning, design changes and provision of marks-up as-built project documentation. Participates in plc code reviews and audits. Supports continuous improvement of project process/product/system design via provision of lessons learned feedback.
2. planning and control
delivers on house assignments as per the agreed timeline, and set quality standards. Follows work plans and cost estimates for work in commissioning, troubleshooting and support activities. Maintains and tracks issues list and reports progress to lead engineer, as requested.
3. processes and tools
ensures accurate application and implementation of standard processes and tools in preparing accurate plc programming. Uses standard processes and procedures to ensure all commissioning activities comply with the required safety regulations and satisfy contractual requirements. Reports processes and tools inefficiencies and suggests improvements ideas.
4. risk and opportunity
supports in conducting risk and opportunity assessments during commissioning phase and in handling technical risks by following mitigation guidelines. Identifies potential hazards and reports to site management.
you must have:
* bachelor's degree in engineering, control and automation, mechatronics or similar.
* at least 1-3 years of technical experience.
* plc programming (allen bradley).
* availability to travel 85%.
* professional license.
