Position summary we're looking for a growth marketing manager to partner with our ceo and help drive customer acquisition and retention.

key responsibilities paid media & acquisition optimization - manage and scale meta ads campaigns, from structuring and launching to continuous performance optimization.
- analyze and refine the customer acquisition funnel to reduce cac and improve efficiency.
- design and test high-converting landing pages using a landing page builder to maximize conversions.
- collaborate on ad creative, developing new angles, hooks, and scripts to enhance campaign performance.
retention & customer lifetime value (ltv) growth - analyze customer ltv and implement strategies to drive repeat purchases.
- develop and test new offers to boost conversion rates and increase revenue.
amazon optimization - optimize amazon listings for better search visibility and conversion rates.
- manage and refine amazon ppc campaigns to ensure efficient ad spend and strong performance.
required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital advertising.
dtc ecommerce experience, ideally in health, wellness, beauty.
expertise in meta ads manager, with a track record of structuring and scaling paid campaigns.
strong analytical skills, using data to drive decisions and optimize conversion funnels and landing pages.
proficiency in analytics tools like google analytics or similar amazon ppc and listing optimization experience is a strong plus.
creative mindset, with a passion for testing new ad angles, scripts, and offers to drive growth.
proactive and hands-on approach, eager to take initiative and solve challenges independently.
