Job description
key responsibilities:
* effectively follow up on transactions to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
* process orders in the system, manage incoming calls, and send order confirmations with accurate delivery dates.
* credit notes and invoices processing, backorder monitoring, and order management.
* handle customer cancellations, monitor call-off orders, and coordinate internally for solutions and corrective actions.
enquiry handling and customer care:
* address customer questions about deliveries, delays, and problems in a service-oriented manner.
* follow up on pending basic quotes and keep customer details up-to-date.
* inform customers about changed delivery times and equivalent products.
filing and miscellaneous:
* manage cases in salesforce and maintain customer price agreements.
* proficiency in english is required due to the global nature of the role.
* bachelor's degree in business, international relations, or related field.
* minimum 1 year of experience as a csr from a manufacturing company preferred.
* customer-oriented, detail-focused, and strong problem-solving skills.
* ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
