responsibilities
* partner with biological leadership mainly to determine key people priorities and lead the design and delivery of a solutions to ensure the organization capability, structure and culture are in place to drive the achievement of business goals. Work creatively with local and regional coe's and relevant bp colleagues to design and deliver best practice hr solutions.
* coach and advise local leadership on all aspects of people management, including organizational design, cultural change and people development in line with syngenta philosophy and policy. Support leaders in developing the organizational capability and resources required to enable delivery of business strategy, and share feedback to help develop their leadership capability.
* provide change management and catalytic capability to enable leadership team development, organizational development and deliver changes projects, ensuring the alignment with syngenta's unique culture.
* take accountability for the local implementation of high quality and robust hr disciplines such as recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, compensation review, talent management and people development.
* provide expert, well-reasoned and flexible technical hr advice and ensure that all people activities and processes are managed in line with syngenta policy and local regulations and standards.
* lead the local employee relations and be accountable for hr compliance in line with local regulations and standards in order to manage business risk arising from employment liability.
* partner with syngenta business services to ensure effective delivery of hr operations in local area.
* develop ongoing expertise in critical hr competencies and maintain awareness of external best practice.
* contribute to and lead as appropriate local, country and regional hr projects.
* where relevant, lead, motivate and develop a small team of business partners.
qualifications
* college degree in business administration, industrial engineering, industrial psychology, or other similar careers.
* english: advanced
* deep knowledge about implementation of management competences, change management and capabilities within the hr processes.
* 3 years of experience in managerial positions in human resources
* experience in multinational or global organizations is desired.
