as a technology innovation engineer - electronics, you will be responsible for:
- scouting and evaluation in the field of robotics and automation, power supply and power electronics, solid state devices, semiconductors
- performing horizon scanning to scout for new and emerging technologies to build and sustain the future of tps products and solutions.
- evaluating new and emerging technologies, through comparative analyses with state-of-the-art solutions and up-to-date technologies.
- looking at synergies/integration with current and future product offering, identify technology injection opportunities, development of innovative solutions and potential disruptions.
- evaluating potential external technology collaborations, partners and suppliers.

to be successful in this role you will:
- have a masters degree in electronic engineering, robotic engineering or equivalent stem degree
- have experience matured in robotics and automation, power supply and power electronics, solid state devices, semiconductors.
- have sound problem-solving and analytical skills.
- be fluent in english.
- have oral and written communication and solid presentation skills.
- be open to new ideas, curious, creative and inclusive
- be dynamic, self-starter and with an entrepreneurial mindset.
