Individuals in this category act as the hr manager of record for a client group. The role is key to execute people initiatives, customer support, functional excellence, and process improvement.*roles and responsibilities*- a first point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & hr processes. For use in businesses that are operating in the hr partnership model.- broadening knowledge of practices and procedures in hr discipline.- ensure hris data integrity/accuracy.- daily maintenance of hris ; new employees onboarding, benefit enrollment, updating employee information.- assist talent acquisition team as necessary- liaison with payroll team- employee engagement programs design & execution- support organization & talent development initiatives- employee & union relations support- autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework.
