* customer creation and customer master data maintenance
* financial analysis to determine customer credit line
* credit line increase process & overdrafts control (tracking – approvals)
* guarantee management (safeguard – renewals – archive)
* cash applications & payment tax receipts
* account reconciliations
* invoice and account statement submission
* order releases with credit holds
* doubtful account reserve (monthly calculation – budget – fire notes related)
* liaison between sales and legal for contracts, nda, guarantees.
* salesforce customer creation implementation
* continuous improvements in processes
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in business administration / accounting or similar
* intermediate english
* experience:
o in finance or accounting
o analysis and interpretation of financial statements
o financial ratios
o customer risk assessment
* knowledge:
o sap
o excel advanced
o power bi (desirable)
* skills:
