- animate training centers and resources on-site to deliver all forms of vocational training for the dvc population based on business needs.
main activities
1. define and execute training plans for all jobs within the shop floor (assembly, wiring, supply, fabrication) by identifying key skills.
2. integrate new technologies to efficiently work in a digital environment around planning, innovation, operation, measuring results, and interacting with internal customers.
3. ensure successful execution of learning strategies to exceed kpis of the learning path (digital, theoretical, and practical).
4. analyze competency gaps and build effective solutions to fill them (dpus, warranties, product changes, etc.).
5. lead training and onboarding teams and delegate tasks as appropriate.

qualifications
1. bachelor's degree in pedagogy, psychology, education, or industrial engineering.
2. two or more years of experience in similar roles (learning and/or training for manufacturing processes or similar).

4. english: proficient (reading, writing, and speaking).
