we are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
*cloud business analyst*
*role purpose*:
- preparation of business requirement and functional specification documents to support business requirement of hnah cloud finance program.
- validation of business requirements for in-scope release and project components
- preparation and update of data dictionary on a regular basis.
- communicate and liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis for requirement gathering and obtaining approvals on requirement documentation
- work with stakeholders to define business requirements for system releases
*main activities*:
- facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirement gathering sessions
- maintain tracker of open and closed requirements.
next action points and eta for resolutions from source teams.
- work closely with diverse business and functional teams, to ensure to gather complete & accurate requirements.
- gain a detailed knowledge of business requirements as gathered from senior management/ stakeholders and understand how solutions delivered through releases will meet them
- be conversant with the principles of alcm management and rwa reporting, and understand the functions of relevant business stakeholder areas
- support successful iterations of requirements gathering and analysis, both within the programme and also externally, involving stakeholder areas.

- an understanding of the basic principles of capital and alm management & rwa reporting.
- excellent excel skills including a proficient hands on working knowledge of pivot tables, powerquery, vba
- understaning of banking portfolios and global businessess.
- understanding of data elements, data touch points for various banking products.
- knowledge of in interrogating databases via sql queries is a plus
- an undertstanding of systems delivery lifecycles and business analysis principles
- proficient in the use of tools (such as jira), sharepoints.
