Develop and implement paid social media strategies across various platforms (facebook, instagram, twitter, linkedin, etc.)
- manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- conduct audience research and analysis to identify target audiences and optimize targeting strategies
- analyze and report on campaign performance using metrics such as ctr, cpc, roas to drive continuous improvement
- collaborate with the marketing team to ensure paid social media campaigns are aligned with business objectives and brand identity
- stay up-to-date with the latest paid social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure campaign effectiveness and efficiency
- develop and execute a/b tests to optimize ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies
- monitor and report on industry and competitive trends to inform strategy and tactics
- manage relationships with paid social media platforms, ad tech vendors, and other external partners as needed
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- at least 1-3 years of experience in paid social media advertising
- proven experience in developing and executing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms
- strong analytical skills and experience working with data to optimize campaign performance
- experience with paid social media advertising tools such as facebook ads manager, twitter ads, linkedin ads, etc.
- knowledge of digital marketing and advertising principles, including audience targeting, ad creative, and bid management
- strong project management and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- passionate about paid social media advertising and staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments
