we are hiring the best talent for *payroll accounting analyst *to be located in *juarez, mexico*
under limited supervision and in accordance with all federal, state and local laws/regulations and johnson & johnson corporate procedures and guidelines, this position
- responsible for the monthly and annual payroll accounting closing.
- prepares analyses and presentations as required.
- participates in financial audits and aligns with internal and external audit procedures and policies
- supports, prepares and presents financial analyses of your area of responsibility in a timely and accurate manner and interprets the financial information of the different departments, influencing decision making
- supports departments in their spending, capital, budget, tracking and reporting
- provides education and ensures adherence to internal control procedures and processes.
- prepares account analysis of the balance sheet and expenses
- analyzes, evaluates coordinates and completes special financial projects
- develops, maintains, implements and supervises the procedures and work processes related to its responsibilities, as well as the personnel in its charge, including the internal controls of sarbanes & oxley.
- aligns with company policies, procedures and regulations whether local, state and federal, as well as procedures and policies for safety and hygiene, health and environment, gmp's, iso, etc.
- responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations, policies and procedures.
