Requisition id: 27931- job location(s): apodaca, mxdanfoss is looking for a *site doctor *that will be responsible of the coordination, administration, and operation of medical department, must ensure quality and efficient medical attention, propose, develop and implement preventive health programs that improve the employee's wellness and site conditions.
*responsibilities*:
responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- coordinate all activities, personnel, material, and budget of medical department to ensure quality and efficient service to attend injuries/illness from personnel in site
- analyze and evaluate pre-employment medical checks to give a classification and define indications (if needed) to avoid certain work conditions/areas according the person health condition
- perform periodical assessments for health legal compliance evaluation of entire site to define plans, projects and programs for improvement
- develop and execution of preventive occupational health programs
- attend and respond to st-7 / st-9 forms and respond to imss and/or ssa if needed
- perform ergonomic risk assessments and periodical training
- respond and ensure immediate health attention in case of emergencies situations
- report occupational health kpi's and projects progress through graphs, presentations, etc.
- perform different activities for ehs compliance, such as support to the areas in preparation for ehs external and internal audits, periodical gemba walks in plant, etc.
*background & skills*:
- medical doctor bachelor degree
- 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial occupational health
- occupational health legal compliance (ssa, imss, stps, osha, etc.)
- ergonomic certification/training
- covid-19 management
- leadership experience
- iso 14001 / 45001
- microsoft office - excel / power point/ word
- english - intermediate
