*the team*:the recall production team supports original equipment manufacturers (oem) with identifying the current owner of a vehicle where there is a nhtsa mandated recall. The role of the data transformation analyst is to provide support to the account team and facilitate recall mailing communication.
*the impact*:recall communication is critical to the safety of the vehicle owners. This role supports the business and vehicle manufacturers to ensure that the vehicle owners get timely recall notices to meet government regulations, as well as, keeping the vehicle owner safe.

*responsibilities*:
- they will communicate to the automotive manufacturers and postal print vendors on schedules and mail requirements. They will need to follow all documented processes and storage requirements as applicable.
- the role requires ability to multi-task based on work received, defined service level agreements, clarifying work instructions with internal sales support and following processes defined to meet soc2 audits.
*what we’re looking for*:
- ability to work in a team environment
- knowledge of standard proofreading practices, procedures, and concepts
- attention to details to identify print type and grammatical errors to ensure an error-free text
- excellent communication skills
- associate college degree in job description discipline minimum
- 1-2 years of experience in the postal/print vendor industry preferred
- experience with business analyst skills (used to gather print requirements, creating schedules) a plus
