Operations management (p&l ownership, strategic development, overall operations)
- carrier relationship (consistent and professional communications; effective, prompt, and courteous communications regarding difficult situations, relaying service failures, developing relationships that foster and grow our business, etc.)
- meet or exceed targeted financial objectives
- ensure appropriate use of internal service providers where benefits exist for landstar and the carriers
- active development, distribution, and carrier-customer alignment of business metrics that highlight both financial and service value
- ensure team development and growth align with corporate development goals
*basic qualifications*
- 2 years or more in customer service and/or logistics industry
- excellent english language skills - verbal and written
- microsoft suite— knowledge of microsoft excel
- organized and effective in time management

- 2 - 5 years experience in operations management
- experience in logistics and customer service
