*what will you be doing?
*as a product manager, global hr technology, you will play a critical role in shaping our human resource technology strategy.
your leadership and executive presence will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive product development and innovation in our hr processes.
*responsibilities*:- *roadmap execution*: define and execute the product roadmap for the global hr function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and adapting to customer needs.- *stakeholder engagement*: collaborate with global hr leadership, hr teams, and external vendors to gather insights, prioritize features, and enhance product adoption across the organization.- *market insights*: conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in hr tools.
evaluate third-party tools as part of our technology evolution.- *performance tracking*: monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product effectiveness and guide continuous improvement initiatives.- *implementation support*: facilitate the rollout of new technologies and processes, providing necessary training and support to ensure user adoption.
transition roadmap items to delivery teams with detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
*requirements*:- *experience*: 3-5 years in product management/product owner roles, and/or hr technology experience (hris systems, workforce management solutions, payroll systems, etc.
).- *user-centric mindset*: strong focus on understanding user needs and pain points, translating them into product features and enhancements.- *communication skills*: excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.- *team leadership*: experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.- *strategic thinking*: ability to develop a product vision and roadmap that aligns with company goals and market opportunities
