This expansive property will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 residences, centrally located in the tourist corridor between cabo san lucas and san josé del cabo atop the breathtaking baja california sur with amazing views of the sea where the sea of cortez meets the pacific ocean. Amenities will include three restaurants, three resort pools, an open-air fitness center, spa & spa garden, and a clubhouse event facility.

an integral member of the spa, the lead massage therapist position performs massages and body treatments according to established four seasons protocols as well as supervising the team of massage therapist, maintaining inventories, creating pos, conducting trainings, scheduling employees and ensuring that all treatment rooms are properly equipped and that all standards/protocols are being performed by others. The lead massage therapist also complies with four seasons’ core and culture standards. This position ensures a positive spa experience for all guests.
requirements
* certified therapist
* english – speaking reading, writing and oral proficiency.
* 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the spa luxury industry
* supervisory experience.
* knowledge of computer systems, as well as ease of learning in general software applications.
* excellent relationship with colleagues and upward mobility.
* education and qualifications in beauty and body treatments, massage therapies, aromatherapy, manicure beauty products, customer service
* ability to listen and understand guest needs, respect guest privacy, create an exceptional, customized and professional experience for our guests.
master your craft
* directly responsible for the day-to-day key processes in his/her area of work
* assumes training responsibilities when required; demonstrates a high degree of standards awareness; promotes teamwork and acts as a role model
* attends all scheduled training sessions
* solid knowledge of various treatment protocols
* actively offers operational, employee and customer (internal and external) related feedback to management
* displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the golden rule
* provides professional treatments including massage, facial treatments and body treatments in a sensitive and personalized manner and following company standards and procedures; determines guest needs and preferences by asking pertinent questions.
